Wilson Pro Staff 97 Classic (2026) Tennis Racket - Black

The Wilson Pro Staff 97 Classic (2026, WR201311U) is a tennis racket for purists – players who value feel, control and connection above everything else. With a 97 sq in head, 315g weight and 16x19 string pattern, it balances modern playability with traditional Pro Staff control, finished in an understated black design with subtle heritage detailing.

Key Features

• 97 sq in head – a compact, precise hitting area for directional accuracy and advanced shot-making, for players who hit targets rather than rely on free power.
• 315g unstrung – tour-weight mass for power, plough-through and stability, absorbing pace and returning a heavy ball against big hitters.
• 16x19 string pattern – access to modern topspin, kick and net clearance while keeping the controlled launch Pro Staff players expect.
• Head-light balance (–10 pts) – manoeuvrability and fast racket-head speed, especially on serves, volleys and quick exchanges.
• Classic Pro Staff feel – crisp on clean hits and honest feedback on mishits, ideal for players who value touch and timing.
